Buscamos sumar a una persona para el rol de Head of Product

Tu nueva misión será

  • Dirigir la ejecución del plan estratégico de los productos.
  • Afianzar la posición de Ripio en el mercado, trabajando a nivel global los lineamientos, objetivos y estrategia de cada producto.
  • Traducir las necesidades del negocio, establecer la visión y supervisar los productos, con especial atención en el crecimiento y desarrollo de los mismos.
  • Alinear las necesidades de los usuarios con la misión de la empresa para transformar las ideas en productos tangibles, maximizando el valor entregado.
  • Crear KPI’s, métricas e informes para la futura toma de decisiones.
  • Monitorear para identificar puntos de mejora en el alcance de objetivos y proyección por equipo.
Qualifications
  • Sólida experiencia en el liderazgo de equipos de producto, la toma de decisiones estratégicas y la planificación de roadmap para productos financieros.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en metodologías ágiles y seguimiento de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento del negocio crypto/fintech.
  • Sólida experiencia trabajando con productos de usuario directo.
