Overview Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $159,700 annually Opportunity to participate in an annual bonus plan and an incentive compensation plan for eligible roles Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Chance to own shares of the employer's stock through discretionary equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan Work in a collaborative environment focused on fighting cancer and delivering affordable medicines to patients Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals Provide regular updates on project status, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Sprint Retrospectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project flow and resource allocation Drive proactive risk identification and effective communication of issues to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional teams independently Strong communication skills to manage conflicts and influence outcomes effectively Proficient in JIRA and Smartsheet, with an understanding of clinical data collection and analysis Fluent in written and verbal English with strong organizational and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Previous project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector Familiarity with ICH guidelines and the regulatory environment related to Statistics and Data Science In-depth knowledge of data collection systems and global drug development processes Experience in managing high complexity projects within Agile teams Ability to demonstrate initiative and a results-oriented mindset #Biotechnology #ProjectManagement #CancerResearch #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #EmployeeBenefits We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
