As our new Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative sales strategies, fostering key customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of AB Vista in Latin America. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional distributors, key customers and stakeholders in the animal feed industry.
- Manage product sales and sales processes with key customers and distributors.
- Participate in setting objectives and executing plans for sales, product forecasts, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and R&D efforts.
**What You Will Bring**:
- Experience in sales management, with strong skills in leading and motivating commercial teams.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding commercial objectives.
- Experience in animal production essential
- A strong understanding of feed and livestock industries, with proven experience in animal nutrition or feed additives
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Innovative thinker with a practical approach to execution, coupled with strong organizational skills, flexibility, and self-motivation.
