Senior Recruiter (Fully Remote, Worldwide) We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and lead short‑ and long‑term projects. We are looking for proactive, dynamic team players with strong organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and who pay marked attention to detail. It is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in one of the fastest‑growing companies in the industry Responsibilities Execute the staffing strategy for the company’s openings. Gather accurate information related to the profile and assignment of required openings. Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify suitable candidates for various positions. Present qualified candidates to clients and accounts. Partner with Operations and Client Services to identify growth opportunities across the different accounts. Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes. Qualifications Proven analytical ability with extreme attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize effectively. Multitasking skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Staffing or Project Management.
