Your Day‑to‑Day: Full‑Cycle Recruitment – Manage end‑to‑end hiring across technical and non‑technical roles. Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks. Candidate Experience – Provide a seamless, high‑touch experience and enhance Bitfinex’s reputation. Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends. Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Align hiring needs with business objectives. Data‑Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience (technical and non‑technical). Global recruitment experience across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate strategies. Experience in fast‑paced environments. Data‑driven mindset using recruitment analytics. CET timezone preferred or willingness to be flexible when needed. Previous experience in Cryptocurrency or Blockchain space (preferred).
