\Key Responsibilities \
- \
- Ticket Management: Receive, prioritize, and manage service desk tickets using ServiceNow to provide efficient support to users. \
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems to ensure seamless system operation. \
- User Support and Guidance: Provide direct support to users, helping them with system issues, access requests, password resets, and other general IT inquiries to enhance user experience. \
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and improvement. \
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor service desk activity, including tracking open vs. closed tickets and ensuring compliance with SLAs to maintain high-quality service delivery. \
Requirements \
The ideal candidate should possess advanced or fluent Spanish language skills, alongside customer service expertise and proficiency in laptop/desktop (Windows), O365, and ServiceNow.
\Desirable Skills \
MS Office, Teams, servicenow, and customer service are desirable skills for this role.
