Your contributions will expose you to senior leaders across a variety of industries and geographies.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe main purpose of the Consultant is to develop consulting solutions as part of client engagements, to write proposals and support business development activities, to act as engagement manager on specific projects and to support Principals and Partners in their delivery.You will begin to lead, manage, and own problem-solving efforts on a large portion of a client engagement or to lead on smaller engagements. Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analysis, and then synthesizing conclusions into recommendations. Throughout an engagement, you will be involved in discussions and presentations with senior client leadership.Role Responsibilities:
Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and information;
generating insights from analyses.Preparing and presenting information and insights in an impactful and compelling way to help drive client insights and engagement delivery.Delivering a range of consulting solutions, preparing reports and other deliverables that meet client needs.Facilitating and working with client teams with a client first mindset, managing and designing client sessions.Ensuring work is “client ready” (e.G., error free, aligned with expectations, ready to be shared with client) and actively managing expectations with the team.Planning and prioritizing work ensuring team deadlines and quality standards are met.Contributing to proposals (e.G., supporting content development of project design and approaches and case studies) and mobilizing ‘won’ initiatives.Building and sharing reusable, client ready materials, insights (including case studies) and project learnings.Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues across Heidrick & Struggles in Brazil and globally.Contributing to thought leadership and supporting the development of product, tools, and methodologies.Involving yourself in internal initiatives, supporting ongoing improvements of business and employee experience;

Brings innovative ideas and a proactive approach to delivering on agreed deadlines and client deliverables.Minimum Role Qualifications2-4 years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management, strategy or leadership consulting environment.An undergraduate degree is required.Experience working directly with clients in a professional service, team-based environment.Ability to drive workload independently within a broader team project setting.Ability to manage time effectively, being comfortable with handling multiple priorities and being able to adapt to changing business needs.Demonstrated advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
easily able to adopt new technologies and software.Excellent communication skills;
writing skills with aproven track record of success preparing concise and compelling reports and other client ready deliverables.Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in English and Portuguese.
