The **Track & Trace Representative** is responsible for monitoring and tracking product movement throughout the supply chain, ensuring accurate documentation, resolving shipping discrepancies, and maintaining comprehensive logistics records.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize tracking systems to monitor real-time product movement and shipment status
- Generate and maintain detailed shipping and tracking documentation
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or routing issues
- Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and customers regarding shipment tracking
- Conduct regular audits of tracking records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process shipping exceptions and generate necessary reports
- Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and operations teams
- Maintain confidentiality of shipping and tracking information
**Working** **conditions**:
- Working schedule:
- Saturday to Wednesday Noon to 9 PM EST_
- Wednesday to Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM EST_
- Another Monday to Friday with hours to be finalized._
- ** Office mode of work**
- 10+ business days of paid time off

- Upper-intermediate English level is a MUST
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in tracking software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
