At this point, Zelh is looking for a **Track and Trace Representative** for the logistics platform for the built world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly track the movement of shipments using specialized software or systems.
- Monitor freight movements in real-time to identify any deviations or delays.
- Update and maintain accurate records of shipment details, including origin, destination, route, and expected delivery times.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding the status of shipments.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact the timely delivery of shipments.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve problems, such as transportation delays or customs issues.

**Working conditions**:

- Working schedule: Mon - Fri 7 am - 4 pm CST

- English level - **upper-intermediate or higher**
