Employer Industry: Financial Services Why Consider this Job Opportunity: Salary up to $65,000 annually Eligible for sales and/or performance incentives up to $20,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Opportunities for career training and development Remote work environment with occasional travel Supportive and inclusive workplace culture recognized for diversity and inclusion efforts What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Host and deliver administrative training for senior marketing directors and their agents Manage case inventory with a focus on customer service and improving metrics Communicate with senior marketing directors to facilitate case progress Serve as a liaison for service, sales, marketing, and operations department issues Participate in weekly calls to review results and define areas for improvement What is Required (Qualifications) Two years of experience in life insurance carrier new business processing and/or account management Experience in the financial services industry Life insurance license (or obtain within six months of hire) Exceptional customer service focus Strong communication and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) College degree Progress toward FLMI designation Extensive knowledge of company products and industry forms Experience in new business functions We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
