Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Optimize Production Processes: Analyze and refine industrial processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of projects and series production.
  • Coordinate Simultaneous Engineering Layout Meetings: Facilitate collaborative layout meetings to align on optimal space and positioning requirements.

As a skilled Process Optimization Specialist , you will play a vital role in streamlining our manufacturing operations. You will analyze and optimize layouts to meet safety regulations, ergonomic needs, and material flow requirements.

You will also support the development of process packaging, customer packaging, and machine/equipment allocation in the plant layout. Your expertise will be essential in determining final space requirements, analyzing dynamic material flow, and presenting layout concepts for production lines.

Additional responsibilities include implementing electronic OEE and productivity monitoring systems, maintaining capacity control, and supporting the engineering team in routine management and SAP execution.
