Enterprise Automation SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Automation Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our automation division, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications, automating workflows, and integrating ServiceNow across enterprise environments.This is a client-facing, hands‑on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication. You will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enterprise‑scale solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. Lead complex customizations using scripting and automation tools. Architect and implement integrations with REST / SOAP APIs. Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions. Requirements Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required. Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field. 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience. Strong scripting and automation skills. Experience with integrations and REST / SOAP APIs. Fluent in English (written & verbal).
