About This Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the LATAM region. Identify and onboard new partners in key markets, providing ongoing support to drive growth and client acquisition. Foster strategic relationships with existing partners, promoting new deposits, trading volumes, and active client onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Leads the development and execution of business expansion strategies for LATAM markets. Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients and prospects. Demonstrates expertise in LATAM market dynamics, regulatory environments, and local business cultures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential, with English fluency required.
