**Fulfillment Specialist**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and track metrics for the Fulfillment operation;
- Report main KPIs on a regular basis to the Commercial/OPs leadership;
- Identify gaps in the existing processes and suggest improvements;
- Train our commercial team about all features/improvements of the operation;
- Work closely with internal teams such as Commercial, Logistics, Taxes, Legal in order to map opportunities and address possible solutions.
- Track our seller's daily processes in Fulfillment operation (product register, order creation, shipping, etc) to identify main pain points;
- Build SOPs and provide feedback to improve seller's training material;
- Follow-up on the development pipeline with the product team to ensure that SLA's and objectives are achieved.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc) with preference for related educational background;
- Previous experience and knowledge of a Fullfillment operation in marketplaces;
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel);
- Proactive behavior, organization skills and critical thinking;
- Ability to work independently with little direction or supervision;
- English is mandatory.
