We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Senior HR Business Partner. About the role As a Senior HRBP, you’ll be the primary people advisor for your business area, partnering with leaders to drive performance, engagement, and organizational success. You will act as a trusted coach and advisor, enabling our teams and leaders to thrive while fostering a strong and inclusive culture. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with department leaders to align people strategies with business goals, providing insight and guidance on organizational matters. Lead and evolve performance management processes, ensuring a culture of continuous feedback, growth, and accountability. Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, ensuring fairness, compliance, and constructive resolution of workplace matters. Promote engagement and well-being by partnering on initiatives that strengthen KTO’s collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Coach and empower managers to build strong, motivated, and resilient teams that deliver sustainable results. Support change management, team structure optimization, and capability building to drive business growth and efficiency. Ensure excellence and consistency in HR operations and compliance with Brazilian labor laws. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, and People Operations to deliver unified and strategic HR initiatives. Success Metrics Improved employee engagement and satisfaction scores within assigned business units. Enhanced leadership capability through measurable increases in development participation and feedback adoption. Reduction in regrettable turnover and improvement in retention of key talent. Timely resolution of employee relations matters with strong stakeholder satisfaction. Successful delivery of organizational or structural changes within agreed timelines and with minimal disruption. Consistent compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements. Experience & Qualifications Required 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or equivalent senior HR role. Deep understanding of Brazilian labor law and HR operational practices. Proven experience driving performance, engagement, and cultural initiatives. Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Professional proficiency in Portuguese; English proficiency required for day-to-day communication. Experience in digital, tech, or iGaming environments is a plus. Diversity & Inclusion At KTO, diversity is our strength.
