Ter um papel consultivo junto às áreas clientes para todos os subsistemas de People & Performance
Diagnosticar os principais desafios e desenvolver estratégias de atração, retenção e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores;
Ser o ponto focal para atingimento dos indicadores de RH para a fábrica
Responsável pelo desdobramento das principais ações de Engajamento e Pesquisa de Clima, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Avaliação de Desempenho;
**Requisitos**:
Ensino Superior Concluido
Inglês avançado
Experiência como Business Partner em Industria.
