You deliver and develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency and consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts. You also provide leadership to direct reports and work collaboratively across sales.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Manage a team that enables sales delivery by providing the tools and data necessary for the smooth running of the business and the development and execution of the sales strategy.
- Coordinate national and regional sales system projects for field service.
- Test and implement new systems.
- Conduct market research on current developments and trends for a continuous optimization of the systems - both data and digital.

**More about this role**
In this position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technological solutions, transforming data into strategic intelligence for the Commercial and Marketing teams, optimizing business performance.
**Key Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and BI tools;
- Previous experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and translating insights into actionable recommendations;
- Current or past experience working closely with the business and/or commercial areas;
- Advanced English (conversational).
