Commercial Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead new business opportunities in retail environments. This role requires a deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and expand current customers' portfolios.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and successfully implementing commercial plans, strengthening and expanding our position with assigned customers. They will also coordinate between the customer and internal functions, maintain and develop strategic growth plans for customers, and build strong category partnerships.
This role involves managing pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, assortment management, forecast accuracy, and effective promotion and visibility. The Commercial Manager will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to evaluate, plan, and execute appropriate promotional and in-store visibility.
Maintaining and analyzing market developments and competitor activity is also essential for this role.
