**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist players with account issues, payments, and game-related inquiries.
- Identify and report technical issues to relevant teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of games, promotions, and policies.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the I-Gaming industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and additional languages (Spanish and Chinese) are plus.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
- Able to work in flexible timing (Shift rotation)
