- Sua nova posição : Você será responsável por:
- - Definir e desenvolver a estratégia de Customer Service e Logística.
- - Conduzir a transformação de uma cultura com foco no cliente.
- - Implementar, verificar e compartilhar KPI´s para monitorar e compartilhar a evolução da área.
- - Definir padrões de desempenho, supervisionar o desenvolvimento e fornecer feedback, sugestões, instruções e treinamentos da área.
- - Desenvolver a melhor estratégia logística por canal.
- - Criar um forte programa de gerenciamento de relacionamento com os principais clientes para garantir o melhor acordo de nível de serviço.
- - Fornecer ideias e projetos de valor agregado para reduzir custos e aumentar a produtividade.
O que precisa para ser bem-sucedido :
- Fortes habilidades e experiência em Customer Service e Logística, incluindo políticas de atendimento ao cliente, desenvolvimento de estratégias, negociação de contratos com fornecedores logísticos, conhecimento de mercado e commodities, habilidades analíticas e de negociação, análise de fornecedores e mercado, triagem e seleção de fornecedores.
- Experiência com gestão e desenvolvimento de equipe.
- Experiência com SAP e Power BI.
- Inglês fluente.
- Experiência com negociações e resolução de problemas.
- Sólida experiência em Customer Service e Logística.
