Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Customer Service Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer parts demand and work with suppliers to source items accordingly.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and parts identification for customers.
  • Follow up on orders and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Visit customers to propose spare parts and find solutions to customer complaints.
  • Manage customer parts stock and maintain optimal fill rates and turnover.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and develop action plans.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Excellent communication, continuous improvement, adaptability, self-motivation, planning, and organization skills.
  • Strong teamwork, customer focus, and service attitude.
