Overview

The Customer Service Representative role at Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, supports end-to-end order management and customer communications from Diadema, Brazil. This role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is part of the Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from entry to delivery to attain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer requirements
  • Gain and apply foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations
Qualifications
  • Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and a customer-centric mindset
Preferred qualifications
  • ERP knowledge with SAP preferred
  • Professional diploma/degree, or equivalent years of experience
  • Some level of English proficiency
