Customer Service Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients across various channels, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and experience.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, upholding the organization's standards and policies.
  • Provide scripted information about products or services, as well as discuss customer accounts and obtain or address customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Deviate from scripts to address moderately complex inquiries and provide solutions to difficult to moderately complex customer issues/requests/complaints, showcasing problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain databases containing information on customer interactions and transactions to facilitate future needs in data collection and consolidation, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify inside sales opportunities and coordinate efforts to achieve sales goals, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Serve as a customer interface on product status and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of work area and ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures, demonstrating leadership skills and expertise.
  • Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving complex customer inquiries and improving overall customer satisfaction, showcasing analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight from manager, while coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals, promoting growth and development.
