Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the global success organization, you will play a critical role in helping customers get the most out of the SAP product suite.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with valued customers. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Engineers to deliver solutions to both technical and non-technical end users, while also supporting a wide range of technologies.

  • Provide initial response, operational assistance, and development of software workarounds and/or resolutions.
  • Deliver solutions to both technical and non-technical end users.
  • Coordinate customer support cases including interaction with other internal groups such as Engineering, Sales and Customer Success.

You will be an integral part of a collaborative team, working closely with colleagues to improve the knowledge base and educate team members on improvements. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and take ownership of parts of the support process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with valued customers.
  • Understand customer needs and educate them on product functionality.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Engineers to deliver solutions.
  • Take complete ownership of parts of the support process.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in problem analysis and case resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written communication in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Basic technical understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodology and EA related platforms.
  • Coding/Scripting skills (JSON, Python, HTML, GraphQL, SQL, API Endpoint/Editors).
  • Passion for solving technical problems.
