Job Overview This is a role where you will be working on the development of Murex solutions. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in capital markets technology. Advising on Murex best practices in P&L processes, position management, accounting, hedge accounting, and financial reporting. Contributing to client-site MX.3 implementations during the requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment phases by participating in workshops, preparing documentation, configuring client requirements, and performing quality assurance tests. Providing client support including managing open issues and supporting upgrade activities. Communicating development needs to the Murex product development team. Providing internal and external training. Responsibilities Junior: Assisting in advising clients on Murex best practices in various business areas. Supporting client-site MX.3 implementations by gathering and documenting client requirements, testing and deploying solutions, and providing ongoing support. Coordinating with the product development team to identify and address development needs. Senior: Lead all trading designers during an implementation or upgrade; gathering, design, build, test, and deployment phases by participating in workshops, preparing documentation, configuring client requirements, and performing quality assurance tests. Manage open issues and support upgrade activities. Handle the relationship with the product team in one area of expertise and assist in building the product roadmap for the region. Qualifications Junior: Experience in capital markets technology and understanding of accounting principles under IFRS or US GAAP. Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system, SQL, and basic programming. Senior: More than 5 years of experience in capital markets technology. Proven client-facing experience in a support or project implementation role, preferably in trading or risk management solutions in financial institutions. Skills Good product knowledge/understanding in IRD, CRD, COM, EQD, FXD, FXMM. Good understanding of accounting principles, accounting rules, ledger, and account balances.
