HR Business Partner Brazil at ERM ERM is looking for a motivated and hands‑on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. Working under the direction of the Brazil Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will interact with BU internal clients at different levels and contribute to business development and achievement. This is a great role for an experienced HRBP with a keen interest in developing their skills and knowledge in a personable management consulting environment. You will work with the local HR team in retention, training, and development for the Brazil Business Unit. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. 5+ years’ experience in similar roles from a multinational/consulting environment. Experience creating, implementing and maintaining talent management programs. Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish desirable. Ability to work independently and function well in a team. Strong problem‑solving, organizational and influencing skills; business oriented, independent thinking, flexible and adaptable. Experience using HR platforms. Responsibilities Trusted advisor to leaders, supporting strategic people decisions. Drive organizational climate initiatives, train leaders and teams to boost engagement. Develop and manage a training plan aligned with budget and global programs. Facilitate performance management, identify and grow high‑potential talent. Coordinate career development, including training needs assessments and approval of internal and external learning opportunities. Promote ERM’s cultural pillars by encouraging expected behaviors. Support onboarding and internal mobility for smooth transitions. Contribute to engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Ensure compliance with ERM's HR policies and Code of Conduct. Monitor key people metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and propose actionable strategies. Foster psychological safety, well‑being and ethical workplace relationships.
