Regional Sales Manager LAM role at HID. Location: Remote, Brazil (Preferably Sao Paulo). Job ID: 38490.

HID is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead the promotion and sales of Omnikey Desktop and Embedded readers across the Latin America region. You will establish HID’s presence, develop channels, secure partnerships, and drive adoption across verticals: Healthcare, Enterprise, Banking, Secure Printing, and EV Charging. You will own channel development, GTM strategy, market penetration, and growth of HID\'s RFID solutions in the LAM market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage regional sales strategy; build and maintain relationships with distributors and resellers; ensure a structured sales process to maximize revenue.
  • Channel and Partner Management: establish, onboard, train new distributors/resellers/integrators; maximize product availability and market reach.
  • Territory Management: travel regularly within the territory to nurture relationships and pursue opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: define and execute GTM for Omnikey readers in LAM; coordinate with marketing and product to align messaging.
  • Business Development: identify opportunities in target verticals; create account plans to drive revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: engage with end-users, resellers, and system integrators; ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with marketing, technical, product teams; provide product feedback.
  • Industry Engagement: represent HID at industry events to increase visibility.
  • Performance Reporting: deliver metrics and reports on sales progress and GTM effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in business development and/or technical sales, preferably in technology or RFID; strong track record in sales and understanding of RFID technologies.
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in Latin America; strong partner network; fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese; English proficiency.
  • Experience with Physical/Logical access control use cases; familiarity with IAM and authentication technologies; knowledge of mobile-centric digital transformation is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to develop/manage a network of channel partners and integrators.
  • Experience in strategic initiatives leading to sales growth in finance, healthcare, retail/POs, enterprise, or secure printing; understanding of corporate cultures and decision-making in Banking, Education, Commercial Real Estate is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, ability to lead presentations; credible with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional team player; ability to work with marketing, product development, and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle ambiguity.
