#Conhecimentos importantes para a posição: Conhecimento de Domínio e Fundamentos: Conhecimento teórico e interesse prático em posicionamento de produto, messaging e desenvolvimento de personas. Familiaridade básica com o universo SaaS e seu vocabulário (churn, MRR, LTV, etc.). Entendimento inicial de como o Funil de Vendas opera e do papel do PMM em cada etapa. Noções básicas sobre metodologias e frameworks de Product Marketing e Go-to-Market (GTM). Habilidades e Mindset: Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com foco na clareza e na simplicidade. Mindset de aprendizado contínuo, proatividade para buscar informações e forte capacidade de organização. Aptidão para a análise de dados e informações para auxiliar na identificação de diferenciais competitivos. #Desafios que você vai encontrar: Apoio na Análise e Estratégia: Auxiliar na coleta de dados para análises de mercado, concorrência e comportamento do cliente. Preencher e manter atualizados os frameworks de Product Marketing (ex: matrizes de mensagens, documentação de personas). Contribuir para a definição da Proposta de Valor e Messaging sob supervisão. Produção de Conteúdo e Habilitação de Vendas: Prestar apoio essencial na criação, revisão e distribuição de colaterais de vendas e materiais educativos (apresentações, one-pagers, etc). Desenvolver o primeiro rascunho de materiais de sales enablement, garantindo que a comunicação siga as diretrizes de posicionamento. Capacidade de traduzir as funcionalidades básicas do produto em mensagens de valor claras e acessíveis, com suporte da equipe sênior.
