Support the CSR team in executing End customer, Distribution and Retail order operations, backlog management, and customer engagement. This internship provides hands‑on experience in the Lead‑to‑Cash process and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Support daily order management operations, including order entry, validation, and tracking using SAP S/4HANA. Assist with monitoring and resolving order processing issues, working closely with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance). Participate in data analysis and reporting activities related to order status, backlogs, and fulfillment KPIs. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including documentation and testing of new SAP functionalities or enhancements. Help ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and customer requirements. Attend team meetings and contribute to project discussions and operational reviews. Education Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Knowledge and Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Basic understanding of supply chain or order‑to‑cash processes is a plus. Interest or prior exposure to ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Effective communication, collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross‑functional environments. Effective English communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
