- Experience working with Service Integrator consulting firms on technology and cloud transformations.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience with Cloud Partners.
- Experience building relationships and presenting to an Executive-level audience, and working in a cross-functional organization.
- Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and cloud ecosystem.

In this role, you will partner closely with System Integrators (SI) on joint go-to-market initiatives that drive business for Google and services opportunities for our partners. **Responsibilities**:
- Manage partner business performance and map partner capabilities/priorities with Google's goals and strategies to meet quarterly business goals.
- Help partners to grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services, and develop custom presentations on Google's Cloud Platform technologies to partners.
- Drive partners to build a partner sourced pipeline, and ensure overall pipeline tracking accuracy and health.
- Harness executive and sales partner relationships to build trust with stakeholders in the Google Cloud Field Sales teams.
- Lead the team through joint business development planning processes with partners that develop mutual performance objectives, goals, and critical milestones.
