Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in partner management or business development.
- 3 years of experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service markets.
- 3 years of experience managing the public sector businesses and partner ecosystem.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise sales, green field, and installed based, in commercial and public sector accounts.
- Experience in setting up Go-to-Market strategies.
- Experience managing and building solid working relationships with cross-functional teams internally.
- Experience working in an enterprise technology setting, bringing both demonstrated expertise in Software-as-a-Service around unified communications, content, collaboration, understanding the cloud market, and customer adoption behavior.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business partners, confidence to advocate for partners, clients, and the business.
- Ability to be self-starting, increase responsibility, and successfully lead/develop a portfolio of strategic partnerships.
**About the job**:
As a Partner Development Manager, you will cultivate existing partnerships to make sure they can take full advantage of Google's growing suite of offerings.
You will manage the creation and delivery of innovative product integrations for enterprises of all sizes as well as in the major industries.
You will execute cross-functionally to deliver a cohesive secure and compliant cloud platform and address the myriad needs of internal and external customers.
You'll create a developer ecosystem, by having a passion in building platforms/solutions, and excellence at delivering in a cross-functional setting that will bring success and an impact on defining the future of work with Google Workspace.

**Responsibilities**:
- Establish strategy and priorities that will determine our partner development focus.
- Leverage technology to enhance partners offerings, integrate and extend our product portfolio, work with partners in the field to secure partnerships with customers, channel partners, and sales.
- Setting up a partner/ecosystem sales governance model business and expansion centered in partner source pipeline strategies, demand generation, targets accomplishment, forecast management, and pipeline management.
- Defining and executing Go-to-Market strategies oriented to develop the business in the commercial and public sector territories managed by partners.
- Be a contact for partners around key areas and manage new partnerships, support integration of new products, ensure the prompt and proper resolution of issues.
