Confira abaixo as oportunidades disponíveis: Oportunidades e LocalizaçõesAnalista de Help Desk Jr (Suporte Técnico) — São Paulo, Banco Daycoval Analista de Help Desk Inter/Senior — Tamboré, São Paulo Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento técnico de primeiro nível: telefone, e-mail, chat ou presencial para colaboradores internos ou externos, solucionando problemas de sistemas operacionais, redes e infraestrutura. Gestão de chamados: registro, priorização e acompanhamento de tickets, com foco em SLAs. Manutenção de sistemas operacionais Windows (32/64 bits): configuração, atualização e resolução de problemas; uso de ferramentas como Task Manager. Administração de recursos de rede: Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, gateways; garantia de funcionamento e segurança. Configuração de impressoras/periféricos; troubleshooting de falhas técnicas. Colaboração com a equipe de TI e suporte a projetos/iniciativas de infraestrutura. Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas. Experiência anterior em suporte técnico em ambiente corporativo. Conhecimento em Windows (32/64 bits), Task Manager e serviços remotos (RDP). Experiência com Active Directory e GPOs. Conhecimentos em rede (DHCP, DNS, gateway, subnet). Noções básicas de SQL; experiência com plataformas de gerenciamento de chamados. Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na Barra Funda (ou local indicado).
