If you're passionate about behavioral design and love building creative user loops, this is your arena.What You’ll Be DoingCreative Mechanic DevelopmentDesign addictive engagement mechanics likespin-the-wheel ,mission-based challenges , andgroup order incentives.Drive higher session times and conversions through gameplay-inspired features that reward user action.Gamification System EngineeringBuild dynamic“order → earn → redeem” loops , incorporatingbadges, points, and progress bars.Use behavioral triggers to encourage repeat actions and deepen user loyalty.⚙️ Real-Time Experience OptimizationLeverage heatmaps and engagement data toadjust reward probabilities, triggers, and timing.Continuously balanceROI with user delightin real-time.Social Virality DesignCreate scalable viral loops throughshare-to-unlockmechanisms (e.g., split red packets, gift orders, free meal invites).Enablecost-efficient user acquisitionthrough user-driven sharing.✅ What We’re Looking ForIndustry ExperienceProven background inuser growth, gamification, or product operations , ideally withinfood delivery or O2 Oecosystems.Technical & Creative SkillsHands-on experience withmini-game platformslikeWe Chat Mini Programs ,ZEGO , or similar frameworks.Applied knowledge ofbehavioral economicsconcepts such asloss aversion ,variable rewards , andinstant gratification.Data-Driven ThinkingAbility to build and analyzeengagement funnelsto optimizeCAC vs. LTVperformance.Strong command ofmultivariate testing ,cohort analysis , andattribution modeling.Bonus PointsExperience launching seasonal or event-based gamified campaigns (e.g., holidays, sports, cultural moments).Passion for turning numbers into fun, sticky user experiences.
