What You’ll Do:

  1. Market Expansion & Networking: Strategically develop new business opportunities by cultivating strong relationships through networking events, cold outreach, email campaigns, and referrals. You will be the face of our brand, actively engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  2. Hunting & Lead Generation: Identify and target high-value clients, building a robust pipeline that aligns with our growth objectives. Your ability to create opportunities in competitive landscapes will be crucial.
  3. Consultative Selling: Engage with high-profile clients to understand their challenges and goals, positioning our solutions as indispensable to their success. Tailor proposals that deliver exceptional value and high ROI.
  4. Negotiation Excellence: Close significant deals by expertly managing the negotiation process, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while driving revenue growth.
  5. Sales Quotas & Accountability: Own your targets, meeting and exceeding quotas that contribute directly to the company’s overall success.
  6. CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring seamless communication across the team.
  7. Collaborative Strategy: Partner with internal stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, to align efforts, share insights, and refine the go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. Experience & Seniority: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce sectors. Demonstrated ability to manage and influence high-profile clients.
  2. Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of business dynamics with the ability to develop strategies that capitalize on market opportunities.
  3. Proven Success: A history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of closing complex deals.
  4. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Persuasive, articulate, and adept at fostering trust and rapport with senior executives.
  5. Technological Savvy: Comfortable discussing SaaS solutions and e-commerce technologies. Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
  6. Self-Motivation & Drive: Entrepreneurial spirit with a relentless focus on achieving goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace challenges with enthusiasm.
