Let’s start with the role.

Responsibilities
  • The Total Rewards Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation and benefits programs in Brazil.
  • Report to the Total Rewards Manager and ensure total rewards offerings remain competitive and compliant with local legislation, aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and external vendors to manage and optimize pay structures, salary reviews, and benefit offerings.
  • Conduct compensation market studies, interpret salary surveys, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop, update, and manage job structures, salary plans, and short-term incentive programs.
  • Support salary reviews, promotions, merit increases, bonuses, and internal adjustments to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Prepare salary analyses and executive reports for senior management with key metrics and recommendations.
  • Act as an internal consultant for managers on compensation policies, job grading, and organizational structure.
  • Support compensation governance projects, internal audits, and compliance with legal and tax regulations.
  • Contribute to development of talent attraction and retention strategies through competitive compensation packages.
  • Participate in global compensation projects and organizational structure reviews.
  • Develop HR and leadership-relevant KPIs and create interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and use of programming languages for basic queries and analyses.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration within a multinational organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Certifications in Compensation or Benefits are a plus.
  • Strong experience with compensation analysis and pay structure administration.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and benefits regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting tools.
  • Experience working with global compensation tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of international benefits programs and reward strategies is a plus.
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet milestones.
  • Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
