**The Position**
- As a Total Rewards Sr. Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will drive and implement Total Rewards strategy for Brazialian Affiliate and Montes Claros Site to meet business needs and ensure market competitiveness. You'll interpret and communicate the corporate vision of Total Rewards to stakeholders and support annual recurring Total Rewards processes. Additionally, you'll advocate for local business needs in the development of Total Rewards plans and assist in executing global, regional, and local projects. Partnering with the P&O and management team, you'll drive discussions, strategy, and prioritizations while ensuring adherence to Total Rewards policies. Your role includes providing counsel on market-based offers and supporting budget planning and salary review processes. This position is to work in São Paulo, SP.- Your responsabilities includes:
- Support and represent the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in driving and implementing Total Rewards strategy to ensure market competitiveness and meet business needs for Brazialian Affiliate and Montes Claros Site.
- Interpret the corporate vision and strategy of Total Rewards locally, effectively communicating it to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Plan, support, and oversee the annual recurring Total Rewards processes, ensuring adherence to policies and practices.
- Advocate for local business needs in the design and development of Total Rewards plans, providing strategic input to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the P&O and management team to drive Total Rewards discussions, strategy, prioritizations, and to provide counsel on market-based offers and compensation positioning.
**Qualifications**
- We expect you hold a bachelor's degree.
- It’s anticipated that you have fluent written and oral English.
- We would like you to have previous experience in Total Rewards activities.
- It’s counted on you to have technical knowledge in salary table and job structures.
- Knowledge of mobility, recognition programs, pension funds, executive packages, compensation methodologies and positions will be a plus.
- Speaks Spanish is also a plus.
