Title: Total Rewards Analyst

Grade: 10

Location: São Paulo

Sumary:
This individual will be a member of the Global Total Rewards team, responsible for supporting the Regional Total Rewards Manager with the deployment of global, regional, and country-level compensation and benefits programs.

The TR Analyst provides rewards consulting to multiple business units by collaborating directly with HR Business Partners and organizational leaders.

This position designs, improve, and, executes compensation policies and programs.

What you get to do:

- Support Regional Total Rewards Manager with insured benefit renewals
- Participate in the analysis of Total Rewards in different countries, providing an overview of current practices and proposals for changes
- Support the Regional Total Rewards manager with market intelligence activities including benchmarking, survey submission, and creation of salary structures for assigned countries
- Address total rewards questions escalated from the HR Central team
- Perform some activities related to billing, sending invoices, controlling and managing payments, requesting approvals, and creating purchase orders on ERP
- Work with internal compensation systems and ensure data integrity.
- Own vendor relationships regarding the administration of benefit plans, improvements, and customer support.

Basic Requiriments:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Finance is preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems (Knowing Workday is a plus)
- Ability to meet deadlines and pivot quickly.
- Ability to process, manipulate, and summarize data reports.
- Advanced English (both written and oral communication since it's a truly global team)
- Spanish is a plus,
