**Job Summary**

Responsible for supporting the Total Rewards department in maintaining Benefits and Compensation processes, providing employee support, and participating in department projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure the monthly maintenance of employee benefits through database management, invoice payment, and expense control.
- Support benefits communication and maintenance of employee portals.
- Control the service-based reward/recognition program.
- Support and participate in projects and plans aimed at improving the department.
- Assist in the job creation process with the Payroll team and in SAP.
- Aid in the preparation of global compensation research materials and respond to online surveys.

**Required Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields on an evening schedule.
- Proficiency in Office Suite/Google Tools.
- Strong communication skills and proactivity.
