Overview Employer Industry: Retail Specialty Menswear Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $93,600 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision Flexible work schedule with the option to work remotely from Boston Unique work-life balance perks such as Meeting-Free Fridays and Summer Fridays Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruiting for store management positions Partner with Field Leadership and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruitment strategies Provide a legendary candidate experience from initial contact through employment Maintain requisitions and provide insightful reporting to hiring managers Plan and/or support in-market hiring events and travel for recruitment purposes Qualifications 3-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the retail industry Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and candidates Proficiency with job boards, social media, Microsoft Suite, and Taleo Willingness to adopt and champion the organization's vision Preferred Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition tools and technologies A background in retail management or HR-related roles Comfort with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
