As an Agency Lead, you will be a sales leader that owns the strategic plan of joint business plans with agencies to help them grow and evolve on the digital maturity path. You will think strategically to help develop the Agency Ecosystem, ensuring agencies are aware, and adopting the latest trends in the digital advertising market and Google solutions moving towards on the digital path.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage in regular promoting activities on priority accounts in full coordination with vertical teams, identifying, and unlocking business opportunities in order to drive business growth and product adoption per quarter.
- Own the strategy and drive the execution of annual partnership plans that optimize business growth for Google and build agency capabilities.
- Analyze data, trends, and portfolio performance developing strategic plans for our partner growth while tracking activity and providing detailed data analysis in meetings and annual plans.
- Own the local agency strategy and commercial cadence and think strategically on how to develop the Agency Ecosystem. Participate in C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection managing, and promoting.
- Build "trusted advisor" executive-level relationships (e.g., Media, Planning, Creatives) for generating and shaping future business opportunities to help accelerate agency transformation and the adoption of Google products and services.
