Overview Brazil Paper Mill Technical Service Engineer Responsibilities Provide technical service for local paper mills, such as Suzano, Smurfit Westrock Três Barras, Klabin S.A. and Nelson Pizarro, etc. Speak Portugese as mother tongue, Chinese or English as the second language (Chinese as the second language will be preferred). Priority Priority: Those who have worked in Brazil leading paper mills, like Suzano, Smurfit Westrock Três Barras, Klabin S.A. and Nelson Pizarro, or participated in business with Valmet, Voith or Albany as a technical service engineer will be preferred. Qualifications 3 years+ working experience on production or after-sales service in Brazil pulp or paper mills Familiar with the process of paper machine. Those who have experience in twin-wire machine culture paper, high speed white paper and high speed coated paper will be preferred. Familiar with the wet section and drying section of paper machines, especially the process of pulp filtration, forming fabric operation and dewatering technics Familiar with the use of dryer fabric and forming fabric Familiar with high speed paper machines (over 600m/min) Have the ability to use professional testing tools and equipment, diagnose and solve faults Familiar with operation of DCS system Proficient in using Office software including Word, Excel, and PPT Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Able to quickly master our company's product knowledge and technical standards Communication Ability: Excellent spoken and writing ability to communicate with different people Have coordination and promotion skills to deal with complex technical problems Have cross-cultural communication ability to cooperate with Chinese teams Accept frequent business trips to remote paper mills Adapt to local work pattern Have team work spirit to cooperate with different background colleagues Training Training: If without above experience, you can come to our Chinese headquarters to train one month.
