About the Role
SHEIN's Brand Experience area is responsible for all the brand's offline activations and sponsorships, creating innovative experiences that bring SHEIN closer to its public in a tangible and memorable way, designed to strengthen relationships with the local public, highlighting cultural elements and regional trends. All of this is in line with SHEIN's commitment to offering fashion that is accessible, diverse and connected to its consumers' lifestyle.
Among its main deliveries are the pop-up stores, one of the brand's biggest successes in Brazil and around the world. The SHEIN pop-up concept goes beyond a temporary store. As well as providing direct access to specially selected SHEIN products, each edition is carefully planned to reflect the brand's identity, featuring a varied product mix, instagrammable spaces and exclusive activations that create a unique connection with consumers.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Management and Execution: Take ownership of planning, executing, and managing the operation of pop-up stores and offline events, ensuring each activation aligns with SHEIN’s brand vision and business KPIs.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure successful project execution from concept to post-event analysis.
- Timeline, Budget, and Stakeholders: Ensure timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process, delivering on time and within scope.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor event performance and implement improvements in real-time to ensure maximum impact and brand strengthening.
- Data-Driven Strategy and Product Mix Optimization: Apply analytical skills to assess the performance of brand experience initiatives, focusing on metrics such as reach, ROI, customer satisfaction, and brand perception.
- Product Mix Strategy: Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategies for optimizing the product mix and assortment, ensuring alignment with consumer preferences and market trends.
- In-Store Performance: Recommend product selections that balance average item price and basket size, with a focus on improving total average ticket, sales conversion, and overall KPIs.
- Customer Experience and Engagement: Ensure the customer experience across all pop-up stores and offline events is seamless, interactive, and aligned with SHEIN’s brand identity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (social media, marketing,_sales) to design strategies that enhance the customer journey, driving online and in-store engagement.
- Local Relevance: Create environments that resonate with the local consumer, blending fashion, technology, and customer-centric elements to create memorable experiences.
- Feedback and Adaptation: Monitor customer feedback online and offline to gauge satisfaction and adapt the product offerings and store experience to meet expectations.
- Loyalty and Brand Positioning: Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that enhance customer loyalty and foster long-term relationships, positioning SHEIN as a trusted and engaging brand.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in trade marketing, brand activations, or local marketing
- Strong analytical profile, with the ability to derive insights and recommendations from data.
- Proven ability to manage and execute physical events.
- Demonstrated business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and strategic thinking.
- Highly organized with strong bias for action, able to operate in fast-paced environments and deliver results against tight timelines.
