Partnership Development Director We are seeking a skilled Partnership Development Director to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strategic partnerships with major financial institutions, driving business growth through collaboration and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute partnership strategies to identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage complex engagements. Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes, focusing on channel integration and optimization. Analyze process gaps, identify areas for improvement, and implement payment optimization initiatives. Maintain partnerships to review success factors, discuss sales & marketing strategies, lead-gen, and new products/features. Conduct research on local regulation and compliance regarding payment businesses and cross-border fund movements. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of experience in collaborating with local financial institutions or payment channels. In-depth understanding of local regulations and compliance related to payments and cross-border funds. Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development. Ability to maintain high efficiency across different countries. Solid interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, working effectively in fast-paced environments.
