Technical Account Manager (Engineering Matcher) Join Toptal as a Technical Account Manager (Engineering Matcher). Job Summary: You will work directly with Toptal’s clients to understand their needs, custom-match them with Developers from our talent network, and provide support during the matching process. This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English. Responsibilities: Work with clients to understand their needs, custom-match them with Engineering experts from different specialties within our talent network, and provide support during the matching process, throughout the engagement, and beyond. Write professional, engaging, and accurate job descriptions to attract the best talent for the job. Find the right talent to meet client goals. Introduce the talent to the client in a way that showcases the talent’s experience, skills, and relevance to the client’s business needs. Manage the matching process end-to-end to ensure a positive experience for both the client and talent. Qualifications and Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required. 3+ years of demonstrated experience successfully working on software development projects or 3+ years of experience recruiting for Developers in tech companies or start-ups. Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills to manage client relationships. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and adaptability.
