What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage multiple client engagements and build relationships with senior business leaders to generate revenue
  • Develop and implement business strategies to penetrate local and regional markets
  • Build and lead a team of SFE consultants to deliver effective solutions and financial returns
  • Develop market platforms with repeatable revenue opportunities and lead origination
  • Enhance the SFE brand through research, methodology development, and speaking initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of work experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting
  • Strong client relationship management and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to influence senior management and align business strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience as a sales professional
  • Demonstrated track record of successful complex engagements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Keen business insight related to SFE rewards and talent programs
  • Experience in developing new tools and techniques in sales force effectiveness
