- Manage multiple client engagements and build relationships with senior business leaders to generate revenue
- Develop and implement business strategies to penetrate local and regional markets
- Build and lead a team of SFE consultants to deliver effective solutions and financial returns
- Develop market platforms with repeatable revenue opportunities and lead origination
- Enhance the SFE brand through research, methodology development, and speaking initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of work experience
- At least 8 years of experience in consulting
- Strong client relationship management and analytical skills
- Proven ability to influence senior management and align business strategies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience as a sales professional
- Demonstrated track record of successful complex engagements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Keen business insight related to SFE rewards and talent programs
- Experience in developing new tools and techniques in sales force effectiveness
