We are seeking an accomplished Channel Sales Manager to develop and maintain commercial relationships with distributors and resellers.

  • As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for crafting proposals and creating business plans that align with our company's goals and strategy.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets by identifying market opportunities and developing plans to expand the channel customer base.
  • Develop long-term relationships with channel partners (distributors and resellers), negotiating partnership agreements, terms, and contractual conditions.
  • Manage all sales cycles (proposal, close deals, get orders, execute deliveries) and supply chains (plan in advance, allocate resources aligned with deals).
  • Prepare sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts. Present results to management teams and propose improvements.
  • Prospect new channels and business opportunities.
  • Attend events and trade shows to expand networks and develop strategic partnerships/alliances to support and accelerate business growth.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or Marketing is required.
  • Solid experience in sales, negotiation, and leadership is essential. Having worked as a B2B Channel Sales Manager in Tech, IT, or Telecom industries is desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge in Mobile or Professional Monitor Markets are highly valued.
  • Project Management skills are necessary.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
