Senior Sales Data Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of extracting actionable insights from large datasets and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Utilize Tableau to create impactful data visualizations and Excel for detailed analyses and modeling
- Integrate and analyze data from various sources, including internal data and market information (GFK, Nielsen)
- Identify concrete opportunities to increase sales, optimize commercial processes, and enhance market performance
- Develop and structure strategic and tactical presentations, with clear and data-driven recommendations, for senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
- Desirable postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Commercial Management, or related areas
- Proven experience in data analysis, commercial strategy, or sales optimization, preferably gained at prominent consulting firms such as Deloitte or EY
- Solid experience in the analysis of large volumes of data (Big Data)
- Track record of identifying business opportunities and formulating recommendations for senior management
- Experience in providing analytical support to sales teams
Key Skills:
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis to extract relevant insights from large data volumes
- Data Visualization: Advanced mastery of Tableau for creating visual dashboards and reports
- Advanced Excel: Expertise in data manipulation, complex formulas, and data presentation in Excel
- PowerPoint Presentations: High ability to create impactful, clear, and concise PowerPoint presentations for different audiences, including senior leadership
- Communication and Public Speaking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and persuasively, including to senior leadership
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect data analyses with business objectives and identify strategic opportunities
- Results Orientation: Focus on generating a positive impact on the company's results through data analysis
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with different areas
