Strategic Recruitment Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment delivery team, you will serve as a strategic liaison between our client and our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing roles. You will act as the primary point of contact between our client and our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations. You will oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact between our client and our organization, building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, analyzing operational data and identifying trends, and influencing and guiding the team toward achieving delivery goals.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition. ">
- Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles. ">
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients. ">
- Native Portuguese language skills, fluent English language skills, and the ability to work in a remote environment. ">
