Job Description:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Recruitment Leader to join our team in Brazil. This pivotal role serves as a liaison between clients and our organization, requiring exceptional stakeholder management skills, operational acumen, and leadership expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless recruitment services delivery as primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee performance of recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
  • Influence team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high client satisfaction standards.
  • Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with focus on talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, engaging with senior leadership and clients.
  • Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is an asset).
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
  • Ability to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
