Pharmaceutical Recruitment Specialist

Recruitment specialist with a passion for talent acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end recruitment for highly specialized roles in the pharmaceutical industry, including Clinical Research Associates, Medical Science Liaisons, and leadership positions.
- Proactive collaboration with global managers to source and hire top talent across Brazil, ensuring culturally relevant sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Enhance the candidate experience by managing logistics and providing proactive communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as the primary recruiter, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver a professional and impactful recruitment experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with proven ability to recruit across a wide seniority range.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory, with strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Background in talent acquisition for a pharmaceutical company is highly preferred, with experience in RPO or multi-client hiring environments advantageous.
